Darrell Gooden is the Industry Liaison for Engineering, Energy, and Environment & Utilities for Ventura County Innovates Grant. Darrell is a self-directed management professional credited with providing expertise in engaging organizations and promoting productivity. He serves as an articulate and trusted advisor to senior leaders. Darrell is characterized as a rare visionary, strategist, and provocateur of transformation. He is highly skilled in synthesizing advanced management practices; a proven leader, experienced team builder and coach, tackling complex technical and managerial issues and skillfully delivering results for customers. Darrell also regularly presents advanced concepts on the Adizes Methodology, Lean Six Sigma and collaborative innovation.
Darrell is currently a PhD candidate in the Adizes Graduate School, in the Transformational Studies program. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Redlands, CA and a Master of Science Degree in Technology Management from Pepperdine University. He is a recipient of Federal Computer Week magazine's "Federal 100" award, honoring the 100 most influential Information Technology (IT) executives in the federal government industry.
