Christina Scalise is the founder/owner of CLS Consulting Services, LLC. She is a quality and marketing management executive with extensive experience in quality management systems, product management, and marketing. Her career has focused on the small to mid-sized medical device manufacturing sector. Currently, her quality services include auditing (internal, supplier and certification), gap analysis, document preparation and training Industries audited include injection molding, precision metal manufacture, fasteners, transportation, rubber, and carbon composite. Medical devices include dental supplies, surgical equipment, components, and tissue regeneration products.
She is also a team member of local Santa Barbara firm Market Ready Rx, a boutique consulting agency focused on commercialization for personalized diagnostics. Providing marketing support for both early stage pre-commercial clients as well as established global organizations to develop business strategies and execute commercial programs within the companion diagnostics arena.
During her free time she enjoys being outdoors with her family, camping, surfing or hiking.
