An Overview of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Statistical process control (SPC) is a methodology that helps monitor process behavior through use of Control Charts.  This session will go through the various types of control charts, outline their application and use in process improvement projects, and will have an interactive group exercise to see it in action.

Note to attendees- Be sure to wear comfortable clothes, we will be shooting projectiles and taking measurement data, so there will be a lot of moving around, possibly on the floor.
